Matluk LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to handling payments securely and transparently. This page explains the payment methods we accept and how we protect payment information.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• ACH bank transfer (electronic bank-to-bank transfer within the United States).

• Wire transfer (domestic or international bank wire).

• Card payments processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

All fees are billed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Secure Payment Processing

Payment transactions are handled through established, third-party payment processors that maintain their own security infrastructure. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Bank transfers (ACH and wire) are processed through regulated banking channels. Using reputable third-party processors means that sensitive payment data is handled within their secure, industry-standard environments rather than on our own systems.

4. Handling of Card Data

We do not collect, process, or store full payment card numbers on our own systems. When you pay by card, your card details are transmitted directly to our third-party payment processor, which handles them in accordance with applicable payment card security standards. We may receive limited confirmation information, such as payment status and the last digits of the card, for record- keeping purposes.

5. No Independent Security Certification Claims

Matluk LLC relies on the security measures and certifications maintained by its third-party payment processors and banking partners. We do not claim to independently hold PCI-DSS certification or other payment security certifications ourselves. Security certifications referenced on this page belong to the respective third-party providers.

6. Billing and Invoices

• Fees, scope, and payment terms for each Engagement are described in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

• Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice or in the applicable agreement.

• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

• Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Protecting Your Information

We take reasonable steps to safeguard the payment-related information we do handle, such as invoicing and billing records. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, please contact us and your bank or card provider promptly.
